Innova Law is delighted to announce that Kitty Thomas has entered articles as a Trainee Advocate with the firm — our first ever trainee.
Kitty joined Innova Law as a Paralegal in June 2026, and in the months since has become a valued member of the team, providing hands-on support to our advocates as the firm has continued to grow.
Her move into articles marks the next step in her legal career and a significant milestone for the firm, as we build capacity and invest in the next generation of Manx advocates.
As a Trainee Advocate, Kitty will work closely alongside and learn from our advocates, supporting case progression and adding further capacity and capability to our growing dispute resolution practice.
We are delighted to commit to and support Kitty as she takes this important step in her career. We look forward to helping her develop the skills and expertise needed to meet the responsibilities of an advocate.
