Vaishnavi Ghugari

Vaishnavi Ghugari joined Innova Law in January 2025 to lead business development and drive technology-based improvements across the firm. With a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Dundee, she specialises in workflow automation and process optimisation.

Since joining, Vaishnavi has introduced automated client onboarding, streamlined document management systems, and is advancing AI-driven tools to improve efficiency in case preparation and knowledge management. Her work ensures faster, more seamless operations while freeing the legal team to focus on complex, strategic matters.

Alongside her technical role, Vaishnavi assists with client matters through paralegal tasks such as document review, indexing, and case preparation, helping ensure a seamless experience for clients. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, she also brings working knowledge of additional languages, enhancing communication in international and multicultural contexts.

Outside work, Vaishnavi is a member of Friends of Manx National Heritage and enjoys hiking, yoga, and exploring the Island’s landscapes. Her interest in innovation and community reflects her belief in progress that is both efficient and meaningful.
