Keiron Murray - Director, Advocate
Keiron Murray is a specialist in High Court litigation with over 20 years of experience as an Isle of Man Advocate.
Before founding Innova Law, Keiron headed the Civil Litigation Directorate within the Attorney General’s Chambers in the Isle of Man. Over 12 years in that role, he represented Government Departments and Boards in may high-profile and sensitive civil litigation matters. In addition to contentious work, he advised on a wide range of public and administrative law issues — from high-level political decisions and policy formulation to the practical realities of day-to-day government service delivery.
Earlier in his career, Keiron spent over a decade at several of the Island’s leading commercial litigation firms. His clients included communications providers, banks, trust companies, regulators, utilities, and developers, for whom he provided a broad spectrum of advisory and litigation services.
As Director of Innova Law, Keiron combines deep legal expertise with a focused, strategic approach — offering clients clear, pragmatic advice in complex and high-stakes matters.
Vaishnavi Ghugari - Business Development Executive
Vaishnavi Ghugari joined Innova Law in January 2025 to drive innovation, operational improvement, and strategic growth within the firm. Originally from India, Vaishnavi moved to the Isle of Man in late 2024, joining her partner John, a Manx native she met while completing her Master’s degree in Business Analytics at the University of Dundee.
Since joining Innova Law, Vaishnavi has applied her technical and analytical skills to streamline internal operations and modernise legal workflows. She has led the automation of client onboarding to create a faster, more seamless intake process and developed improved document handling systems that make legal case preparation more efficient.
On client matters, Vaishnavi assists with paralegal work such as document review, indexing, and other essential administrative support.
Beyond her work, Vaishnavi is a member of Friends of Manx National Heritage with a keen interest in volunteering her time to preserve the Island’s historic sites. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and promoting healthy living. She brings to her work a commitment to achievement, innovation, collaboration, and ethical progress — values that mirror both her professional ambitions and her personal passions.
Emily Johnson - Consultant Advocate
Emily qualified as advocate in 2019 and brings to Innova Law a wealth of experience from both the Isle of Man and the UK. Before relocating to the Island in 2017, she spent several years working in the legal profession in England and Wales, developing a broad and balanced legal foundation.
She joined Innova Law in May 2025 as a Legal Consultant to support client matters across the firm’s commercial and regulatory caseload.
In recent years, Emily has focused on complex commercial litigation, regulatory advisory work, and trusts litigation for a range of corporate clients. Her training at a mixed-practice firm gave her exposure to both contentious and non-contentious legal work, which continues to inform her adaptable and pragmatic approach.
Emily completed her undergraduate degree, Graduate Diploma in Law, and Bar Professional Training Course through part-time and distance learning while working in the legal sector—a testament to her drive and dedication. She is a three-time winner of the Isle of Man Law Society’s George Johnson Law Essay Prize and currently sits a member of the Council of the Isle of Man Law Society. She has also been recognised as an “Advocate to Watch” by the Chambers UK legal directory.
